Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The primary responsibilities include data validation and coordinating with doctors to verify and update information. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Validation & Accuracy:

• Review, verify, and validate healthcare-related data from multiple sources.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of records before processing.
• Identify discrepancies and correct errors efficiently.

2. Coordination with Doctors:

• Connect with doctors via phone, email, or other communication channels to confirm and validate data.
• Update and maintain correct information in the system based on doctor inputs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.

3. Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of validated data.
• Generate and present reports on data validation status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in Healthcare, Business Administration, or Data Management).
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data validation, operations, or healthcare-related coordination.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and local languages (Bengali & Hindi preferred).
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and rectify errors in data.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage and communicate effectively with doctors and other stakeholders.
