YOUR IMPACT:
Experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in managing cross-functional teams, delivering projects on time and within budget, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. With 10 years of overall IT experience, including 5 years in a project management role, you will play a pivotal role in steering projects to successful completion while fostering stakeholder relationships.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Oversee project execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships with clients, team members, and vendors.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and documentation and communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL certification is a plus. 10+ years of overall professional IT experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
