Job Description
- Bring software industry and new technology knowledge and apply expertise of technology for creating solution in OpenText
- Proactively manage AWS and Jenkins, implement, and manage tools and technologies to automate software delivery.
- Take Proactive Leadership, overseeing medium to large scale projects, complex model development and end to end programs and solutions
- Use Jenkins to automate the build process, including compiling source code, running unit tests, generating executable artifacts and storing artifacts
- Create documentation, tutorials, and technical presentations for stakeholders
- Manage different releases, updates, patches etc.
- Coordinate multiple Agile teams and ensure alignment with SAFe practices
- Design and build scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Use Jenkins to create a pipeline to construct and release a project in real-time
- Use Gilab/Jenkins to deploy application to AWS cluster seamlessly.
- Use Jenkins to monitor version control repositories for changes and trigger builds
- Use Jenkins Pipeline to trigger downstream stages upon successful completion of preceding ones
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, multi-threaded apps and design patterns.
- Python, bash, groovy etc. for automating localization tasks and configurations
- expertise AWS and jenkins.
- Knowledge of deployment of java-based cloud and on prem applications on Jetty
- Experience with version control and build system
- Good knowledge of Docker., Kubernetes.
- Excellent in communication verbal and in written.
- Strong team player, self-starter, and pro-active.
- Should lead the initiatives, mentor the team for growth.
