Quality Assurance Analyst - Duck Creek Billing (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Duck Creek Billing system implementations.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.

- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and resolve issues.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality.

- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

- Conduct usability testing and provide feedback on user experience.

- Monitor and analyze application performance and identify areas for improvement.

Mandatory Skills :

- 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance.

- 3+ years of experience with Duck Creek Billing system QA.

Nice to Have Skills :

QA experience in Duck Creek Policy, Rating, Distribution Management System (DMS), and Duck Creek Digital.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in Duck Creek Billing system QA.

- Strong understanding of insurance domain concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
