Job Description

What will you do at oorja:
Join our Development Team at oorja to work on cutting edge technology! You will get to explore challenges in thermal management of battery packs and develop solutions for them.
  • Develop models to incorporate various cooling strategies as per the market needs
  • Build computational tools to enhance our portfolio
  • Enhance and optimize our novel models/ code lines to address ever evolving business needs
  • Maintain the source code and create technical documentation as necessary
Who we are looking for:
  • Hands-on experience in building and developing heat transfer models considering conjugate heat transfer
  • Exposure to modeling natural and forced convection as well as phase change materials
  • Strong foundation of fluid mechanics (mass and momentum conservation) and heat transfer modes (conduction, convection, and radiation)
  • Sound knowledge of numerical methods
  • Demonstrated experience with object-oriented languages, preferably Python
Required Qualification:
  • Experience in developing, analyzing physics-based models
  • Background in C++ or Python
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning is a plus
