Sr. Executive Account & Admin

• Maintaining Sales & Purchase in Tally ERP9, Maintaining bank book, Handling Petty cash, Data with CA & Admin work.Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance:

Sales & Purchase Management:

• Maintain accurate records of all sales and purchase transactions in Tally ERP9.
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other relevant documents.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements.

Bank Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements with company records on a regular basis.
• Petty Cash Management:
• Maintain accurate records of petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.

Liaison with CA:

• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for tax filings, audits, and other compliance matters.
• Administration:

Office Management:

• Oversee general office administration tasks, including office supplies management, vendor coordination, and maintenance.
• Data Entry & Maintenance:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all relevant data.
