Qualification - Bachelor's degree in BCom, CA intern, Cost Accountant.

Skills - Knowledge of Accounts Strong knowledge in Tally, Good Communication & Writing Skills and valuation skills.

Job Description - The person shall be involved in the Investment Banking division of Ontrust and its associate companies. Basic tasks to include all of the following:
1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
2. Posting entries into accounting software like Tally ERP.
3. Reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
4. Verifying and approving invoices from suppliers.
5. Assisting with tax filings, including GST, Accounts Finalization and income tax.
6. Coordinating with auditors during financial audits.
7. Reconciling bank statements with internal financial records.
8. Compiling month-end and year-end financial reports.
9. Precision in handling numbers and records and Effective in managing multiple tasks.
10. Preparing financial statements such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
11. Finalization of accounts and Proper filing of records.
12. List of Shareholding pattern and list of Directors and Coordinating with ROC team for Form Filling Like AOC4 and MGT7.
