Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls
- Coordinating events as necessary

- Performing data entry

- AMC service for UPS, DG, Stabilizer
- Taking care of Plumbing, carpentry, and electrical activities
- Lockers Assigning to employees
- Arrangements and office decorations for team building activities and events and function
- Purchase of material.
- Petty cash handling
- DG handling
- Control office closing and opening
- Control AC, lights, switches
Qualifications
- Equivalent work experience, with or without a Bachelors Degree
