JOB DESCRIPTION
The role holder is expected to have knowledge on Insurance process like, how it works, what are the functionalities and what are the modules in Insurance. Should have knowledge and experience on New Business Process, Policy Serving process, Claim process and settlement life cycle.
The role holder is expected to be domain expert to the insurance value chain - think policy servicing, insurance claims, accounting to reinsurance. Would typically be involved in the analysis of requirements, creation of requirement documents and other artefacts necessary for the successful implementation of solutions; and managing changes to those requirements.
The role holder is expected to have meticulous attention to detail, good skills and work according to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, should possess brilliant research and classification skills, a deep understanding/judgement of insurance operations, challenges.
RESPONSIBILITES
1. Understanding the existing system functionalities.
2. Provide recommendations or suitable solutions to improve the functionality.
3. Prepare Documentation, Use Cases.
4. Coordination with stake holders.
5. Discuss and coordinate with the end users to understand the functionality and to identify the gaps.
6. Ensure implemented changes should not impact on existing functionality.
7. Support project management activities.
8. Post implementation system support.
INTERACTIONS
With Internal & External Stakeholder for Requirements Gathering, Requirements Elicitation, Prepare Documentation, verification, validation and coordinate and support in Insurance domain perspective.
REQUIRMENT
1. 4 or more years of experience BFSI industry, preferably Insurance domain.
2. Alll/FIll & alike is preferred.
3. Brilliant IT, math, and statistical skills.
4. Deep knowledge of products, processes, claim servicing, etc.
5. Strong bias for action driving results in a high-performance environment.
6. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.
7. Analytical thinker with research proficiencies.
8. Domain Expert and can leverage knowledge as a facilitator.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
10. Added advantage if expert level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
11. Should be willing work from the companys Andheri office and Client site office.
