Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing initiatives to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of paid media strategies across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and YouTube along with hands-on experience in Whatsapp API integration to enhance customer communication and engagement. And be adept at generating cost-effective leads. They must think critically, innovate to maximize ROI, and provide comprehensive expense and performance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Media Strategy and Execution
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Optimize ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads while minimizing acquisition costs.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Should have knowledge of Whatsaap API Integrations.
- Use Performance Marketing Strategy and Execution Plan and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs like ROI, CPL, and CPA.
2. Lead Generation
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads in a cost-effective manner.
- Monitor lead quality and conversion rates to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Continuously refine targeting and messaging to attract the right audience.
3. Campaign Analysis and Reporting
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign expenses, performance metrics, and ROI.
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders to optimize future campaigns.
4. Innovation and Critical Thinking
- Think out of the box to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Develop creative and effective strategies to grow the business and improve brand visibility.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and incorporate them into strategies.
5. Budget Management
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across paid media platforms.
- Ensure maximum ROI for every rupee spent on digital campaigns.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales, to align marketing efforts.
- Be a team player by fostering collaboration, sharing insights, and supporting colleagues.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to improve their performance and skills.
7. WhatsApp API Integration and Campaigns
- Implement and integrate WhatsApp Business API for marketing automation and customer engagement.
- Design and execute personalized messaging campaigns on WhatsApp to improve lead nurturing and retention.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of WhatsApp campaigns and integrate insights into broader marketing strategies.
