Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage social media platforms, create content, and engage with the audience to improve brand presence.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to create compelling marketing collateral.
- Optimize website content for SEO and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.).
- Support event planning, partnerships, and PR initiatives to strengthen the companys market position.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from IIMs or MICA
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for brand storytelling.
