Job Description

Responsible for Design and development projects for New product chassis / Technology, along with OEM suppliers

"Development of new products and technology:

-Ensure that the company's product portfolio remains viable/ sustainable by continuously developing new products/ solutions, improving existing products/ solutions and exploring new ways of manufacturing them.

-Product life cycle management of New Product Development, from ideation to commercialization.

- To create Product Road Map (PRM) for Room AC along with Sales , Product BH for providing technical innovative solutions the Market requirements"

"Collaborate with internal functions

-Partner with functions such as Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain and Business Leadership, etc. to take new product ideas from the lab to the market in the most efficient manner."

Ensure 100% adherence to all the applicable legal, regulatory and other corporate compliance requirements.

"Technical Expert:

- Identify and solve technical problems, in respect of products and manufacturing processes

- Support in establishing the testing and analysis process to verify quality of products."
