JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation - Assistant Manager / Manager.
Major Job responsibility - Onboarding , BGV , Employee creation , HRMIS , HR audit , Preparing Dashboard , Exit Management.
The purpose of this role is execution of various HR operations related activities and assist the HR team with timely data & MIS.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE :
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities of the role Metrices Employee Records & Database
BGV Process :
1) Maintain all employee records on SuccessFactors -EC Module and documents in employee files.
2) Track and initiate employee life cycle transactions
3) Update EC with new joiners CV and records.
4) Initiate BGV process within 2 working of intimation from HRBP team.
5) maintain BGV tracker
6) Provide additional documents and close BGVs prior candidate joining (except last employment
check).
7) Payment processing as per terms
8) Contract renewal HR MIS & Dashboard on a monthly basis generate HR MIS wrt to New Joiners, Attrition, Exit Analysis, Compensation,
Confirmation, BGV status etc.
9)Generate additional MIS as per the requirement from time to time Incentives - Handle sales incentive calculation & processing
10) Handle PCI calculation & processing (for this maintain employee project change details) HR Policies and SOPs
Qualifications and Technical Skills :
Post Graduate / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central module shall be an added advantage Overall.
