Job Description

Develop electrical designs for a range of projects, including load calculations, DBR, SLD, cable schedules, cable tray drawings, earthing systems, FAS, PA, CCTV, ACS drawings, and ELV systems.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed and accurate design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Tender Preparation: Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including bills of quantities and technical specifications.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with architects, clients, and other engineering disciplines to ensure that electrical systems are integrated effectively into overall project plans.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks and reviews of electrical designs and documentation to maintain high standards of work.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits as needed to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Project Management: Manage electrical design projects from conception to completion, including budget management and timeline adherence.
  • Coordination Meetings: Participate in coordination meetings with project teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical design, with expertise in load sheets, DBR, SLD, cable schedules, cable tray drawings, earthing, FAS, PA, CCTV, ACS drawings, ELV, and tender preparation.
    • Proficiency in electrical design software and AutoCAD.
    • Strong knowledge of local and national electrical codes and regulations.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    Note: Only candidates with the specified 3-5 years of relevant experience in the mentioned areas of electrical design will be considered.
