This role requires a strong technical background, leadership abilities, and experience in designing, developing, and deploying IoT solutions within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring compliance, and delivering robust, scalable IoT architectures .

5+ years of experience in IoT development, including medical device integration.
Expertise in IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, BLE, Zigbee, LoRa, NB-IoT).
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT).
Hands-on experience in embedded systems programming (C, C++, Python, Rust).
Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and microcontroller-based development.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices in IoT and medical device environments.
Experience in wireless communication technologies (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE-M, 5G).
Previous leadership experience in hiring, mentoring, and managing an IoT engineering team.

Experience with AI/ML applications in IoT.
Familiarity with FHIR, HL7 standards for healthcare interoperability.
Knowledge of edge computing and real-time data processing.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps for IoT deployment .
