Roles & Responsibilities:

Install and configure software and hardware components.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Knowledge of Network principal and concepts.

Handle operations and support for the day-to-day activity.

Manage network servers and technology tools.

Set up accounts and workstations.

Perform regular system upgrades.

Develop and maintain local networks.

Train new system users and set up their accounts.

Keep update an inventory of all IT assets.

Develop technical documentation and manuals.
