Flooring Estimator

Role & responsibilities

Estimate flooring products based on project specifications and area plans.

∙Create 2D layouts for client approval, ensuring all details meet the specified
requirements.

∙Develop accurate manufacturing layouts and seaming plans for carpets and other
flooring products using AutoCAD and estimation software.

∙Collaborate with clients to accurately interpret their flooring needs and provide
tailored solutions.

∙Ensure that all estimates and designs are completed within set deadlines and budget.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively
with international clients.

∙Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and internet tools.

∙Expertise in drafting architectural plans and converting them into CAD format.

∙Fast drafting speed and exceptional knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.

∙Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools and technologies.

∙Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal
supervision.

∙Previous experience in the flooring industry or related fields is a plus.
