• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
  
• Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, updating statuses, and following up on leads.
  
• Coordinate logistics for bulk hiring campaigns including scheduling interviews and arranging travel arrangements.
  
• Ensure timely communication with clients regarding recruitment updates and issues.
