Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled WMS Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating (WMS) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of WMS with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) across multiple projects, ensuring smooth and efficient data flows between the two systems.
• Analyze and understand business requirements related to warehouse operations and inventory management, and translate them into system solutions.
• Design and implement WMS-D365 integrations that optimize warehouse processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of D365 Finance and Operations (F&O) with warehouse management solutions.
• Develop technical specifications and system designs for WMS-D365 integrations, including data mapping, interface development, and troubleshooting.
• Provide expert guidance on the best practices for WMS implementation and integration, ensuring adherence to industry standards and scalability.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for the implementation, support, and upgrades of WMS and D365 solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot WMS-D365 integration issues, providing timely resolutions and ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations.
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) to ensure WMS integrations function correctly within the D365 environment.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the WMS-D365 integration post-implementation.
• Document integration processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for future reference and audits.
• Stay updated on new versions of Dynamics 365 and WMS technology to recommend improvements or upgrades.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of professional experience with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Proven experience in integrating D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) with WMS, including both inbound and outbound processes.
• Strong technical background in integrating WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, HighJump, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS) with ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365.
• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations, REST/SOAP services, Microsoft Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations including order processing, inventory management, stock movement, and logistics workflows.
• Expertise in data mapping, middleware solutions, and interface management between WMS and ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, X++ (D365 Development), and other relevant programming/scripting languages.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, particularly Azure and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with business teams, IT, and vendors.
