Key Responsibilities:
Enable onboarding of great creators across categories
Good connections with influencers, agencies, and celebrities in the Beauty, Lifestyle and Fashion industry
Good understanding of creator economy and prices for influencers. Not afraid to take risks with creativity and ability to pivot without getting stalled by challenges along the way
Relevant experience in understanding social media trends on social media applications like Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, quora, etc.
Foster trust relationships with creators to achieve the industrys best pricing and quality of services
Determine the positioning of creators to maximize visibility
Negotiations skills are a must-have
End-to-end coordination with influencers and closing them on their lowest prices
Requirements:
1+ year of relevant experience with category planning, e-commerce or consulting
Strong problem solving ability - Candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, strong analytical skills and process/ data orientation.
Stakeholder management skills - This is a cross-functional role and candidate should be able to drive results while working with diverse teams
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills for creator partnerships
