Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Draughtsman to join our team at Modern HVAC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed HVAC drawings, including layouts, schematics, and technical designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed HVAC designs, drawings, and layouts using AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Develop ducting, piping, and HVAC system layouts based on project requirements.
• Ensure that all drawings are accurate, clear, and adhere to industry standards and company guide linese lines.
• Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to incorporate changes and ensure feasibility.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings post-installation.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve design conflicts and ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain documentation and update drawings regularly as per project needs.

Qualifications And Skills

   Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and relevant technical standards.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
