Job Title: Pre Sales-Tele Calling
Experience: 1-3 years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele-calling Executive for our Pre-sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, initiating customer contact, and setting up appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and a keen interest in the culinary technology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online research.
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce On2Cooks products and services.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads to facilitate further discussions and product demonstrations.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of On2Cooks product offerings and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
CRM Management: Accurately update and manage customer information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented and follow-up actions are tracked.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or a related pre-sales role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and strategies.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to potential customers.
