Holiday Package Sales Experienced Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for potential clients inquiring about holiday packages via phone, email, or in-person communication.
• Understand customer preferences, interests, and requirements to suggest tailored holiday packages.
• Promote and sell a variety of holiday packages, including domestic and international destinations, group tours, and luxury vacations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure seamless bookings and experiences for clients.
• Provide accurate and detailed information on holiday destinations, itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and exclusions.
• Follow up with clients to confirm bookings, answer queries, and provide pre-departure assistance.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination offerings, and seasonal promotions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to package sales.
• Ensure all bookings and transactions are accurately entered and updated in the CRM system.
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers, seasonal promotions, and new packages.
