Omind - Frontend Developer - Javascript/TypeScript (8-13 yrs)

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in designing and developing intuitive Single Page Applications (SPAs) and Micro Frontends that power our digital solutions. With a strong focus on cutting-edge technologies, best practices, and secure software development, this position will enable you to make a significant impact in the evolving retail technology space.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop responsive, user-centric SPAs using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Implement advanced styling techniques with CSS-Grid Layout vs Flexbox and dynamic CSS preprocessors like LESS/SASS.

- Build and maintain scalable APIs with Node.js (Express, Passport) and GraphQL.

- Ensure application reliability and quality using testing frameworks like Cypress/Playwright E2E, React Testing Library, and Jest.

- Architect and implement Micro Frontends and scalable SPAs aligned with best design practices.

- Deploy applications using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitOps, and GitHub Actions.

- Safeguard applications by adhering to Content Security Policy and mitigating risks like Cross-Site Scripting (XSS).

- Utilize Web Application Firewalls (WAF) for enhanced protection.

- Leverage Adobe/Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making and performance insights.

- Monitor application health and performance using NewRelic and manage customer queries via Zendesk.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects in an Agile Scrum/Kanban environment while following Extreme Programming (XP) practices.

- Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to visualize the big picture while addressing development challenges.

- Exhibit strong communication, networking, and influencing abilities.

- Act as a change agent, embracing and enabling organizational and technological transformations.
