Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
Staff and Performance Management
Directly supervises assigned Leads / Senior Leads and is responsible for staff mentoring and professional development.
Provides coverage as needed for the Program Manager for personnel issues and project oversight.
Responsible for completion of performance appraisals and corrective action as needed (with oversight/input provided by Program Manager); helps Program Manager oversee absence management as needed and is responsible for leave approval and accurate attendance tracking for applicable MDAs and DAs.
In supervising select MDAs, may provide performance feedback to Project Leads and contribute to performance reviews as requested by PM/Director/AVP.
Project and Operations Management
Works cohesively with the Program Manager to plan, assign project work, allocate or adjust resources as needed to ensure project deliverables are met.
Monitors productivity metrics, analyzing trends and making suggestions to improve efficiency and ensure team is working at maximum capacity.
May be responsible for production planning for new projects as directed.
Training and Development
With guidance from Program Manager and working with HR, Project Leads, QA Manager and Coordinator helps to identify training (technical, soft skills) needs and build and implement training programs.
Program Development
Identifies issues proactively, and collaborates with Program Manager, Project Leads, QA Manager and Coordinator and leadership to make recommendations and implement processes to sustain productivity, quality and engagement of the team
Special Projects
May lead or participate in special projects or client specific initiatives as directed.
Security responsibilities
Ensure the completion of compliance awareness training for all the team members.
Review the Risk register annually or in case of any changes and obtain approvals.
Update Procedure documents, Risk Register and ensure there are approvals.
Review and update HIPAA, Information security violations to stake holders.
Ensure the ISMS Objectives are monitored .
Education & Experience:
Min. 6 years experience in handling large teams of 60-100 people
Experience working in CDM (Clinical Data Management) / US Healthcare companies.
Graduate
Required Skills / Abilities:
Excellent communication skills and abilities to collaborate with and present to individuals of varying levels of authority, including senior and Executive leadership
Strong organizational and time management skills
Outstanding written and verbal skills
Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills required
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
Demonstrated ability to work as a team player with multi-disciplinary project teams
