Job Description
HRSS G eneralist Responsibilities:-
- Employee master files administration and employees query handling
- Audit Compliance All HRSS Transactions
- Consolidation of Payroll and F F data as per timelines
- Responsible for Time and Attendance special leaves in line with policy
- Administration of Medical Insurance and timely response to employee queries, coordination with TPA for claim settlement.
- Benefits Management, EDLI, G TLI Insurance Addition/ Deletion input data preparation and responsible to maintain the master.
MIS and Data Analytics Responsibilities:
- Strong Analytical skill
- Reporting and Metrics - HR Analytics, Dashboards
- Collect, store, and maintain organizational data for accurate reporting
- Analyse data trends and patterns provide insights
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies
- Ensure accuracy and security of data in all reporting activity
- Create interactive dashboards and reports
