REVENUE CYCLE SPECIALIST

Job Title: RCS - Analyst

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Track and record all the starting total of customer Admin and Coding Tasks (All Claims, In Progress, In Dispute)

Research and Respond to the tasks raised on Customer Admin

Login to TPS portal to review claim history, insurance remittance files, eligibility responses while working on Admin and claim assignment groups

Review payer Rejection and Clearing house rejection trends and provide feedback to RCA

Review aging AR trends and provide feedback to RCA

Record all the Ending total of Customer Admin and Tasks (All Claims, In Progress, In Dispute,)

Review ERAs in PM to ensure its posted within in TAT in Customer PM System

Review the applicable data storage system payment EOBs (practice uploads) and ensure they are posted within TAT In customer PM System

Mid-month review AR Last Touch report and identify claims needing follow up and report back to the AR team and RCA

Provide input to the RCA on need for additions and changes to Client Instructions

Setup online Access for payer websites

Skill Set:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AR Follow up

• 6 months of experience in Omega is Mandatory
• On Need basis external candidate can be considered with DP approval.
• Good process and project knowledge
• Proficiency in MS office
• Logical reasoning and analytical skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
