Medical Coder - Radiology - Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

• Review medical records, including radiology reports, to assign accurate ICD-10 codes.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards for coding accuracy.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnosis and treatment plans.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
  
• Stay up-to-date with changes in coding regulations and best practices.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in medical coding (ICD-10) with a focus on radiology or CPC certification preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology related to various body systems.
  
• Ability to work independently from home office setup with reliable internet connection.
