Job Title: Lead Quality Assurance

Job Location: Chennai
Reporting To: Project Manager - Quality Assurance
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Systems and Technical Knowledge
CAP Implementation
Responsible for communicating with team for relevant updates/clarification
QA plans upkeep and documentation of respective projects
Project and Operations Management
Work assignments
QA Data Validation
Project specific QA production and monitoring
Orientation for new QAs.
Risk management
Monitoring and Reporting
Weekly Quality Progress Report
Review of all feedback emails and follow up action
People management
Leave management and approvals
Responsible for completion of performance appraisals
Special Projects
May lead or participate in special projects or client specific initiatives as directed
Security Responsibilities
Completion of compliance awareness training for all the team members.
Review the Risk register annually or in case of any changes and obtain approvals.
Update Procedure documents, Risk Register and ensure there are approvals.
Review and update HIPAA, Information security violations to stake holders.
Ensure the ISMS Objectives are monitored.
Operations team leader must do regular dip stick to make sure adherence of ISMS.
Operations team leaders should make sure no password sharing within the team to meet required targets.
Operations team leader should not save any PHI data on Vasta domain.
Operations team leader should not share PHI data via Vasta email.
All the systems should be locked when not in use.
Education & Experience:
3-5 years experience in handling large teams of 30-40 Quality / QA / QC people
Any Graduate / Post graduate
Good to have Lean Six Sigma Certification
Required Skills / Abilities:
Excellent communication skills and abilities to collaborate with and present to individuals of varying levels of authority, including senior and Executive leadership
Strong organizational and time management skills
Outstanding written and verbal skills
Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills required
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
Demonstrated ability to work as a team player with multi-disciplinary project teams
