Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement within the organization's operations, processes, and systems.
  
• Develop and implement effective auditing procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  
• Collaborate with management teams to resolve audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  
• Provide expert advice on internal control frameworks, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned audits while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in Internal Audit or related field (CA qualification mandatory).
  
• Strong understanding of accountancy principles, financial reporting, and taxation laws.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for report preparation and presentation.
