Vice President - Sales - Luxury Residential (15-30 yrs)

Job Role:-

- Driving sales initiative to achieve business goals & managing frontline sales team and be accountable for increasing sales growth.

- Identify and acquire new lines for business growth & ensuring risk negotiation.

- Conduct detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and track competitor activities and provide valuable inputs for fine-tuning the selling and marketing.

- Improve market penetration & Customer segmentation for the development of geographies and user application.

- Develop strong inter-personnel relationships with the channel partners, business associates and customers across Delhi NCR.

- Have an exposure to handle the Luxury Residential.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience : 15 to 25 years. Candidate should have at least 10 yrs experience in real estate industry.

- Should have good negotiation skills.
