Sales and Marketing Engineer

Marketing activities and Sales Development

• Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
• Responsible for Generating new customer and build the Relationship and sending quotation to customer.
• Follow up till receiving the order from customer.
• After receiving the order Collect Design inputs from the customer
• Co ordinate with back office team to conform the order acceptance.
• Collect payment advance from customer
• Co ordinate with design team to send drawing to customer till get customer drawing approval.
• Get delivery commitment from production and communicate to the customer.
• Ensure that product has been delivered on time.

Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products

Customer Relationship and Customer Satisfaction

• Develop and build relationship with Customer, and communicate to them regularly.
• Follow 5 principle to improve the customer satisfaction . (Focus on Customer, Do it together, Do it Right, Communicate and Educate, Measure and Record.)
• Get Customer enquiry after providing Cylinders, and power packs.
• Communicate to the customer and Providing Production information process and Delivery Commitment.
• Conduct frequently customer satisfaction survey and analyze the satisfaction Rate.

Team Work

• Co ordinate with Team concentrate on Company set goal leaving individual ego.
• Understand the concept, think about the goal, analyse the probabilities, achieve it with concrete effect by coordination

Communication

• Oversee corporate communications activities through Communications Coordinator including :external communications and systems, internal communications and systems, public relations efforts, external vendors and consultants

Documentation & Records

• Maintain records related to Sales and Marketing.
• Maintain and update Customer Complaints Register and Resolve the problem and Action plan sheet.
• Update customer enquiry register and Enquiry plan sheet.
• Maintaining and updating customer databases.
