Likes

Engineers are recruited not by HR but by labour contractors. Company GM or Site Incharge ask labour contractors to recruit some diploma or degree holders. Experience no issue. Some dummy material to show client with diploma in their hands.

Dislikes

Even GM and site incharge not valued the work done for them. Under my duty biggest raft of madhopur powerhouses projects of 2000 cum and 200 Mt steel casting completed. On raft of 1400 cum and 97 Mt steel casted within 17 days only out of water related surface under my leadership.
