Assistant Manager- Programming

The Job Description of the Position is

1. Manage all aspect of Software Development that includes Design, Development, Documentation, Implementation and Management of Cloud Based Applications
2. Manage communication between and working relationship between IT and other departments within the organization as well as multiple outside IT Service Providers
3. Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and .Net programming technology.
4. Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes.
5. Create Efficient, Scalable, and Reusable Middle tier logic using any of MVC Architect.
6. Create Stored Procedures, T-SQL Statements and User-Defined Functions of varying complexity with a Best Practices” approach to keys, indices and relationships in SQL Server 2022
7. Test and develop programming modifications.
8. Providing User Training on various business application and software
9. Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of head.
10. Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.
11. Assist personnel of other departments as a computer resource.
12. Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members.
13. Other duties as assigned

The required criteria for the position is:

1. Qualification: BE / MCA or equivalent
2. Experience: 8 – 10 years
3. Programming Skills: MVC Architect, ASP.Net (C#), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, MS-SQL,

1. Project Management & Documentation
2. Programming Skills: Android SDK / Mobile Application Development.
