Requirements

• Experience : 12-15 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
• Education : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), or a relevant degree.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and manage large, diverse teams.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualification

• Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
