Senior Manager - Systems Architecture - Solutions

We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Applications team at CIS. This role will be based in Mumbai/Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Technical Architect would be responsible to design the structure of our IT systems and oversee programs to ensure the proper architecture is implemented. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can translate complex requirements into functional architecture. Hands-on experience in software development and the ability to manage complex programs are essential. Your goal will be to ensure our internal IT framework operates properly.

We will count on you to:

• Design functional technology solutions that meet company needs and define system specifications.

• Oversee the development and implementation of programs, including conducting code reviews and providing guidance to software development teams.

• Communicate system requirements effectively to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.

• Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware, suggesting integration methods to enhance system performance.

• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business objectives, addressing technical concerns and providing solutions as needed.

What you need to have:

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Project Manager.

• Hands-on experience with software development and system administration.

• Strong understanding of strategic IT solutions and service-oriented architecture (SOA).

• Proficiency in selected coding languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java) and familiarity with various operating systems (e.g., Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g., MySQL).

• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., VMware) and architecture projects using MEAN stack/PERN stack with microservices.
