Job Description
- Managing inbox and responding to requests

- Monitoring global waitlist requests, focusing on their scope and business priority
- Understanding local project needs and awareness of pressing business needs
- Collaborating with global coordination team, taking active participation in global coordination meetings and
- suggesting new solutions
- Assisting the team with prioritizing their work where needed
Communication :
- Consistently demonstrates positive engagement with requestors and stakeholders
- Building and maintaining productive working relationships
- Connecting requestors with relevant DTP talent
- Setting the standard for communication with requestors and stakeholders
- Effectively interprets requestors specific instructions and offers an appropriate solution
Problem solving :
- Using analytical skills to support requestors to solve problems
- Assisting the team where necessary to translate requirements to an appropriate solution
- Adapting solutions to changing needs of a project
- Taking briefs for Premium work
Skills and Attributes:
