Job Purpose:

Oliva is looking for candidates into its Business Process Management Team (Both Indian and UK shifts)

Job Responsibilities:

• Deal with customers to understand their requirements and provide the right solutions to them, on a timely basis.
• Promote inside sales with regard to services of the organization depending on the client requirement
• Understand the business structure, and guide clients by giving them relevant information and providing best services.
• Respond to various client queries through voice and chat processes.
• Increase brand value by ensuring delivery of high quality services.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

Desired Candidate profile

• Under Graduate and Graduate with 1-5 years of Experience.
• Candidates who can speak Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali, Gujrati, Punjabi. English is Mandatory
• Thorough understanding of business process with a passion for customer service and customer experience.
• Voice process Experience would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Should be able to work in cross cultured environment.
• Multi Language speakers would have added advantage
