Account Planning:
Develop account plans outlining strategies for client retention and growth. Collaborate with internal teams to align products or services with client objectives.
Product/Service Presentation:
Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Provide training and support to clients as needed.
Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve client concerns, issues, or escalations in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Sales Growth:
Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts. Work closely with the sales team to explore new revenue streams.
Contract Renewals:
Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure continued partnership. Monitor contract compliance and address any discrepancies.
Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare regular reports on account status, revenue, and performance metrics. Utilize analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Customer Feedback:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products or services. Implement changes based on client input to enhance customer satisfaction.
