Role & responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, talent acquisition heads, and decision-makers.
3. Sales Outreach: Conduct product/service presentations, pitch recruitment solutions, and explain value propositions tailored to client needs.
4. Pipeline Management: Manage and track leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent sales activity.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand service offerings and align sales strategies with business goals.
6. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
7. Market Research: Stay updated on recruitment industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
Organized & Proactive: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
