UI Designer / Web Graphic Designer / Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• UI Design:
  
• Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows.
• Ensure consistent application of UI design standards, including color schemes, typography, icons, and imagery across platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs and ensure seamless functionality.
• Continuously improve the user experience by conducting user research and testing designs.
• Graphic Design:
  
• Create high-quality graphics, visual assets, and illustrations for digital media, websites, social media, email marketing, and other marketing materials.
• Develop visually compelling branding elements, such as logos, banners, and brochures, that align with the companys identity and vision.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce design solutions for campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Design engaging and interactive content for various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet both user and business needs.
• Provide design recommendations, feedback, and revisions as required.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall design process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience (1-5 + years) as a UI Designer or Graphic Designer, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and graphic design work across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and responsive design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A keen eye for design trends, typography, and color theory.
