Job Description
We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team. As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within the deadline and to the satisfaction of clients. You will work closely with our development team, designers and clients to ensure that all project requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop project plans, timelines and resource allocations.
- Identify project develop strategies to mitigate them
- Ensure that all project requirements are met and that deliverables are of high quality
- Communicate project status and issues to client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team and clients.
- Manage project teams, ensuring that all team members are working effectively and efficiently
- Facilitate project meetings, including kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's /Master degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Project Management
- Proven experience as a project manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with US clients.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum.
- Familiarity with software development processes and technologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Nice to have:
- PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications
- Familiarity with design thinking and user-centered design methodologies
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related subject.
