Our Client


UnlistedSharesIndia.com is a premier platform specializing in the trading of unlisted shares. Our mission is to connect investors with exclusive opportunities in the pre-IPO and private equity markets while ensuring a seamless and transparent experience. We are seeking a results-driven Investment Specialist to drive sales and foster strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities


Selling Unlisted Shares

  • Engage with HNIs, family offices, and VCs to present and sell approved unlisted shares.
  • Highlight unique investment opportunities in pre-IPO companies and secondary market transactions of private firms.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and growth potential of investing in unlisted shares.

Client Engagement

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and offering tailored solutions.
  • Provide personalized financial advisory services to ensure investments align with clients portfolio objectives.
  • Address and resolve client queries related to unlisted shares, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Portfolio Management

  • Monitor the performance of unlisted companies and provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
  • Regularly update clients on their portfolio performance and potential opportunities.
  • Assist clients in diversifying their investments and optimizing their portfolios.

Market Development

  • Identify and onboard new investors interested in unlisted shares.
  • Stay updated on market trends, emerging opportunities, and regulatory changes within the unlisted shares sector.
  • Participate in industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to expand the investor base.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and review due diligence documents and agreements.

Collaboration and Deal Structuring

  • Work closely with the operations, marketing, and legal teams to structure and finalize deals.
  • Partner with company founders and CFOs to understand valuation and funding requirements.
  • Support the execution of transactions, including onboarding, payment processing, and post-deal services.

Skills and Qualifications


Education

  • Graduate in any discipline (candidates with a background in finance or commerce preferred).
  • MBA/PG in Finance, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 0.5-3 years of experience in sales, investment advisory, or client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling and valuation preferred.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude, target-driven mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial sector, private equity, or similar domains.
  • Knowledge of trading platforms and the unlisted shares ecosystem.
