We are seeking a results-driven Telesales expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services and generate sales.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Handle objections, resolve customer concerns, and close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Proven track record of making exceptional sales and consistently exceeding targets.

Good to have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in the financial sector, private equity, or similar domains.
• Knowledge of trading platforms and the unlisted shares ecosystem.
