Role & responsibilities
1. Execute Store activity as planning as per instruction of manager/ in-charge.
2. To ensure working in-line as per defined operational control and standard operation procedure.
3. To ensure effective housekeeping and safe work environment in surrounding area.
4. To awareness of EHS policy and EHS objective.
5. Establish, implement and maintain EHS management system pertaining to store department.
6. To control and reduce wastages during performing operation activities.
7. Awareness of Aspect Impact register & HIRA register, OCPs, SOPs, WIs pertaining to operation department.
8. Communicate and participant all employees for preparation Aspect Impact & HIRA register.
9. To maintain Inward/outward register of any type of materials.
10. To maintain activities of loading/unloading of materials with physical verification of weight and maintain register.
11. To maintain daily calibration of weight balance and maintain register.
12. To issue material to plant as IT issue.(RM/WIP/PM Etc.)
13. To maintain dispensing log book as per the SOP in RM issuance.
14. To clean area and maintain temperature of humidity with register.
15. To arrange local tempo and maintain register of charges.
16. To maintain dispensing labels on drum of batch issuance
17. To go to outside of factory for weight bridge of material.
18. To shifting of materials as per instruction.
19. To prepare GIM and send to QC
20. To prepare Returnable Gate pass of materials & maintain register.
21. To prepare RMTC label & affix on drum.
22. To prepare statement & maintain register of drums.
23. To stock taking on monthly basis for all material.
24. Godown Related all works i.e prepare Annexure B” & “A” Physical stock taking etc.
25. For handling and controlling hazardous materials and hazardous waste.
26. To report unsafe conditions, unsafe act or near miss.

First of all this is neither A pharma company nor they follow QMS ,5S,GLP,TQM nothing....so your exp. Is just useless like your value in this company. You'll always find a joyous people there.. about 1 or 2 in whole workforce..
People don't have self respect or dignity...like GM (includes director) like designated man using abusive language thinking himself as best. If you are hoping a better salary there ask for maximum net pay...as HR people are once local vendors😀(pro in bargening and emotional damage).
