We are hiring Inside Sales Specialist / Sr. Inside Sales Specialist (Immediate joiners are highly preferred)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Generating leads.
• Cold Calling.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Answering potential customer questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Identifying prospects and qualifying new sales leads.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
• Keep track of the complete sales cycle.
• Communicate prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
• Should have a positive attitude.

Required Skills:

• Any Graduate
• 2-6 years of experience in inside sales
• Previous experience in Inside sales, preferably IT product-related sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.
