Office Boy/General Office Support:

    • Support administrative staff with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
    • Deliver documents, packages, or messages within the office or to nearby locations as needed.
    • Assist with setting up meeting rooms for conferences or client meetings.
    • Handle routine errands such as collecting and delivering office supplies, and other office-related tasks.
    • Provide basic administrative support to the team as requested by supervisors.
    • Maintain inventory of office supplies and notify the Office Manager when reordering is needed.
    • Ensure that the office is properly stocked with stationery and other essential supplies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in an office setting with a focus on administration or clerical work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word) for document preparation and editing.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accuracy in record-keeping.
