Key Responsibility Area

• Tracking Sales Managers Movement& preparing field visit report for Gujarat Region, email same to HO.
• Prepare correspondence, communications, and other documents
• Checking all mails, forwarding it to concern manager
• Follow up & reminder for payment, PDC, Cheque with client as per HO Instruction.
• Tracking incoming & outgoing couriers, maintaining MIS till dispatch & closure.
• Co-ordinate with West team Sales Co-coordinators team at HO on day to day basis.
• Receive Courier, packages etc. and distribute them in a proper manner
• Monitor office supplies and place orders as and when required
• Keep updated records and files of office management
• Responsible for branch office admin& maintenance.
• Keep office maintain neat & clean.
• Vendor Management.
• Keep records of office stationary.
• Make travel arrangements as and when required
• Design and maintain databases
• Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
• Arrange and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Any other task assigned by HOD
