Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer - Customer Support at Office 2000
Solutions Private Limited in Pune /Mumbai . He/She will be
responsible for providing customer support, troubleshooting audiovisual
systems, and offering technical support. They will also handle field services tasks such as installation, maintenance, and repairs.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Engineering Degree/ Diploma in Engineering in EEE/ECE
- Customer
Support and Technical Support skills
- Troubleshooting
experience with audiovisual systems
- Strong
communication skills
- Experience
in field service tasks
- Excellent
problem-solving abilities
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team
- AVIXA
certification is a plus
