OFB Tech - Lead - Operations P&L (2-8 yrs)

II) ABOUT OFG BUSINESS:

- This role joins OfBusiness Finished Goods (OFG) as a senior member to lead the Operations P&L and Process Excellence initiatives for our Denim Apparel Category in Bangalore. OFG is on a mission to become a One Stop Manufacturing solution for the biggest Fashion brands across the globe. We already hold a prominent position in this space and are serving over 100 most premium international brands such as: Tommy Hilfiger, Zara, Louis Philippe, Levis, Spykar, Adidas, and etc.

- To drive the finished goods business, we own and operate multiple Manufacturing facilities across the country which are broadly clubbed under 4 Categories:

1. Denim Apparel - Kengeri, Bangalore

2. Ultra-Luxury Women Apparel - Faridabad (NCR)

3. Leather Accessories - Manesar (NCR)

4. Sports Shoes - Faridabad (NCR)

OFG solely did a business of INR 1,000 Cr. in the last Financial Year with an impressive profit margin of 20%, and to us - this is just the beginning. We are on track to grow the revenue by more than 100% in the next 1 year and multiply it further thereon.

III) ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

We are seeking a seasoned Operations & Process Excellence manager to join us and drive initiatives like:

1. Operations Management (Procurement, Production and Fulfillment)

2. Capex and Expansion Projects

3. Process Excellence and Optimization

4. P&L Management

5. People Management

This role joins our Leather Apparel BU in Kengeri, Bangalore with a very vivid pathway to an Operations Leadership role and further span expansion in the near future.
