Account Manager: Sales

The partner network in India is growing like crazy, for both the local market, and international customers.

As a result, we need to expand our team of account managers who on board, train, and help partners grow.

You'll be assigned a network of 30-40 partners.

Your goal is to help them develop their business, and increase their presence worldwide.

You will be responsible of the following steps :.

Qualify leads and assign them to partners.

Help partners close more deals.

Train partners on both the product and our methodologies.

Quote and negotiate contracts.

Building lasting business relationships.

Help partners grow by providing value: product knowledge, methodologies, sales help, etc .

Deal with interesting people: CTO, CFO, and your colleagues.

Must Have ???.

Business knowledge and curiosity.

Fluent in English, Hindi.

Interest and/or experience in Sales.

Interest in IT and software.

Nice to Have ??.

Extra India Dialects.

1 to 5 years experience in Sales.

Previous experience in IT or solution selling.

Hunting spirit and proactivity.

Convincing communicator.
